Argo axles

I saw some pictures in the gallery of Argo axles with bolt holes in them , that Whipper had made. Are all the Argo axles made this way , or do the newer Argo,s have splined axles?

Those were probably my pictures. I think the Argos made after mine had keyed axles and the newer ones have splined axles.
