  • Tritan Chain From Bearings Limited.

Hi Guys. Has any one tried this chain on there Argo or Max etc. Am redoing my new to me Argo conquest and was wondering about this chain. I know it’s made in China but from the specs on tritanpt.com it appears to have a good rating. Any user experience remarks would be appreciated. Thanks

It’s 50-2 chain on my conquest everywhere as it’s a 1998. For the price of the chain I’ll think I’ll try it. 75 for a 10 foot roll from Amazon. I’ll only be using the Argo for pleasure. It won’t be worked hard. The original chains DID brand only made it to 270 hours. It was real loose so it’s been worn out for a lot of them hours. I don’t mind changing them as it’s not hard. I’ll let you guys know how they hold up. Thanks for the replies. Chain here in Canada is very pricey.

Thanks Plott Hound for the info. Just installed the Tritan tonight so I’ll see how it goes. Nice to have a spin with no chains banging. Changed out all the bearings as well including the idlers. Had to have a go at some donuts. Came home and pulled the floor pans and seen I blew a tensioner. Lol. It was fun though. All the chains are nice and snug after a couple hours of cruising.
