2014 Avenger EFI clear hose coming off carb. What is it for?

I recently purchased a 2014 Avenger EFI. The machine starts and runs great. Upon inspection I noticed a long clear hose coming off the carb that appears to go nowhere and is sitting open near the firewall. Anybody know what that hose is for and if it's supposed to be hooked to something?

efi would have throttle body, no carb. Sounds like a vent.
