Cab Enclosure

Does any one know of anyone making a soft enclosure for 2021 Frontier 6x6. Was told Argo was going to have one available but they are asleep at the wheel. Any info on a shop that makes one or has access to a machine to make one and ship? Would the previous top work on the 2021??.

Have you thought of going to a boat canvas shop. The frames are pretty much boat componenets and near me anyway they will fab custom fabric tops with windows. You could probably fab the frame yourself with basic tools and minimal skills. Then take it to a boat canvas shop for the actual fabric construction. Windshields aren't too bad either to do yourself.

Trevor, it’s a thought. I don’t have any shops I know of would have to investigate. I guess getting the tubes and marine fittings would be an option. I’m just fishing to see what has been done or is available for the new 6x6. Can’t believe Argo hasn’t released a top yet. Thanks for the reply. Appreciate it.

i did what trevor suggested for my 3 wheel motorcycle . bought the tubing and fittings from ''' bimini boat parts '' , made the frame which was really easy . did'nt need to bend any tubing cause all the fittings made it easy . but you can bend the aluminum tubing with a simple conduit pipe bender. once i had the frame a auto shop that makes and repairs convertable tops did the work in the color i chose , turned out nice and was a fair price . good luck , johnboy va.

Thanks for the info. I may tackle it. I may do a single cab and keep the back open. That may be pretty cool. Thanks. It’s officially on the to do list. ))
