750 hdi bearings

Does anyone know ntn bearing numbers to replace inner and outter bearings? Or do you have to use the argo parts? I think i found one close through ntn but it doesn?t have that heavy steel dust protector on it. What are you guys using for bearings?

Any luck on the bearings ? Many years ago when I sold auto parts we were able to cross bearing numbers so it can have a dust shield or no shields for a fully greaseable bearing

Curious about which bearings you find to be the most durable, long lasting bearings? Have two rear outer bearings that are in need of replacement. Any expert advice on what you or anyone find to be longer lasting than others? Thats with scheduled , timely maintenance. I have a 97 bigfoot. Or should I go with the HD bearing kits?

Depends on your budget and the maintenance factor on what is the best bearings to use. NTN are up there in quality but also in price RBL (Ringball) are midrange offshore bearings and chain which works for me, (but I also don't put a lot of hours on ,my machine.,) are about half the price. Offshore in this case could also refer to European manufactures according to their website. Lack of maintenance will kill any product regardless who makes it.

I swore by NTN for years but got to say Laird spot on we have snowmobiles and put a bunch of miles on the last ntn blues which are cold weather tough were gone for the most part in one season we had bought a new machine years ago and I checked all the idler bearings on it all good 4 years down the road it needed some I pulled the originals out they were made in Romania hmmmm lasted 2 to 3 times longer than the ntns.nct
