Trying to figure out what a 2001 Argo 8 wheeler with 200 hours on it is worth has new tires, fuel pump, and bilge pump

First question, are you buying or selling? Conquest or Response? Why does it have new tires after only 200 hours of use? Are the new tires the correct size and are they ARGO branded or something else? What accessories does it have? Pictures help.
