Not sure if anyone else has the problem of getting the aluminum spacers to fit on the extentions. the extention studs have to be perfectly lined up. that takes longer than any other part of putting the tracks on.

      extensions

      Good Morning
Need to take the time to install the studs correctly since this will ensure that you have a good solid connection between the axle and the wheel. I have seen them driven on which will eventually break the extender as well as makes them a bear to get back off. If you will run them down till they contact the axle housing then adjust them with a 5/8 wrench until the extender slides over the studs easily it does not take long at all. generally this is not a daily affair anyway. Happy new Year to everyone!

Kovac, they're made that way so the spacer prevents the stud extender from unscrewing.

It is a bit of a pain to get all the stud extensions lined up, but once you get going at it you get faster.
I usually screw the extensions on till they make contact with the hub, then tighten till they are lined up correctly. I know it's not recomended, but I use a small impact to do it
