Sheer pin or spline

Can anyone tell me what year did Argo change from sheer pins to splines ? Also if they all changed that year or only certain models

1989 when the Magnum came out they changed to splined axles, i think just the Magnum had the splined axles then in 1991 or 92 when the Vanguard came out they all changed to splined axles
