Drill holes in body???????

Hello Group.
I have a Vanguard 2 and while I got it apart for an overhaul
I thought I'd get the bilge pump kit for it. In the instructions
it shows that I need to pop rivet the hose bracket to the body/tub
of my Argo.......OooooooKaaaaayyyy. Do I have to put silicone sealant
on the pop rivets or something? It looks like they want it mounted
(the hose bracket) just above the left front axle on the side
of the body.

Any comments on this is welcome

Ahh its just a plastic hose, i wouldn't put a rivet in just to hold it in place, just find a nice location to zip tie it to and make sure it does not rub/melt on anything
