have a 98 conquest and was wondering if anyone had any pics of their winch mounts front?? i know theere was a topic on here about it but i cannot find it now.. and also wondering what best winch would be for the machine.. the 4000lb xt warn or 4000 rt warn?? any ideas. like to stick with warn because it has never let me down yet and have owned a bunch. id like to have the remote for when hunting/pulling game up hills and such. could ride the animal up hills instead of running down every minute to free it up. ideas appreciated

Tough call between those two.
I like the remote and the synthetic rope on the xt, but would hate to loose the remote

I don't like the 50 ft spools, and would lean toward one with more capacity, but that's just me. (I don't have a 100ft spool on mine either, but that's just becouse I never purchased it, it came with the Argo)

bought a winch tonight. went to the polaris dealership and bought a 3500 pound. supposively it is a warn/produced for polaris(not stamped warn tho??). never heard of a3500 though. it has remote/synthetic rope, and hooked straight up to my old wiring. identical looking(except for size) as my warn 2500 but in black. looks to me like the thing is made pretty good so i guess the next thing is to go try it out and hope for the best.

I Built These For My Mach And They Work Great.:d.you Can Move Winch From Front To Back I About 1 Min.
The Back One Makes A Great Fuel Hauler On The Outside Of Mach.---also Can Make Bracket To Fit Your Boat Motor So It Can Be Stored Inside Till Needed

Winch Mount

I made one for my Conquest. The plan draft is below and a bad picture of it mounted. My Avenger came with a quick detach mount that I can use on the front and the back. Good Luck!!!

thanks guys. like both the ideas. i have a winch mounted right now but the bracket is starting to warp and in need of replacement. dont know yet which route i want to go just kind of looking for any ideas at this point.

Extra Fuel Storage

The Way I Made Mine You Can Add Rack In Back , Boat Motor Or Bumper And Can Be Changed In About A Minute.
