2001 argo conquest won't stear(turn)

As stated I have a 2001 conquest ,So here is the back ground on the problem .Last fall when hunting I went to load m/c on trailer had it up on ramp and needed to straigthen it out and it wouldn't stear tried breaking hard both ways nothing whinched it on the trailer,the next day went to take off and it steared perfect? So no problems until last week ran it up on ramps to clean out body left it a couple of days and backed it off and now it won't stear again? Between the first time problem and this time the m/c only used twice.
This is what I have done
Changed break fluid
Bleed breaks
Set brake plungers
New break shoes
Everything working good with breaks they stop m/c really well

The person who I bought this m/c from told me he had been into the tranmissionto replace a gear.
Does any one know how the gearbox ingeges and disengages when one side brakes. I have a full manual but it really doesn't explain it that at all

Were you riding the machine for a long period of time before you lost steering? Is your brake cooling fan working? If your brakes over heat, your machine will be very hard to turn.

The brake cooling fan works and is hooked up.The first time was only running m/c for 10 min the second time just put the m/c up on ramps then it sat on the ramps for 2 days,it steared going on but not comming off.
