    My argo is 6 years older than yours, and I cut and replaced the fuse holder.. so I'm reluctant to say for sure.

      I just replaced my fuse holder yesterday,,,2000 BigFoot(thanks to this thread),,mine looked just like that,,with the red connector,,but I had both sides of the red connector,,,I cut my wire before that red connector so I am still using it,,a quick disconect if needed. I beleive those are the 2 wires you want together,,,try holding them together,,while someone watchs your voltmeter,,,w/engine running. Thinking the temporary touch together,, just as a test to make sure, its where you want it,,,mine now only reads 13 volts or so.,,But old fuse was heat de-formed for sure.
