I copied that from a page that was linked from the Arizona DMV site New OHV regulations in Arizona will go into effect Jan. 1, 2009. California DMV also attempted to make some confusing chart about the AZ tags (probably due the amount of riders between states). It's funny that I have to own the machine to ride it - Wonder if the loop hole is Annie gets a ticket for driving. I would think that the loading/unloading thing would mean just transfering from it from your garage to trailer on the street or between vehicles or something - of course, it wouldn't hurt if there were a few jumps and banked curves along the way.... that may look a little suspicous to them though.
