Winch Switch

Out moose hunting and blew the dial switch on my Conquest. Anyone have a suggestion as to a good replacement. Thanks

I bought a wireless remote control unit from Harbor Freight. 3000# unit & LOVE it!! Now, when I need it, I'm not trapped in the seat trying to use the dash switch & basically being inside & outside my Argo at the same time!!
