For those of you who own older Argos with 22" tires, Argo has now replaced the Goodyear runamuck design with the a newer frontier style 22" tire. This should be great news for every one who has been looking for a 22" tire that will swim, mud and ride nice. MaxII owners who want to replace their RawhideIII with a better swimming tire that will go right on their 8" rims without clearance problems should be intersted in this design. This will solve a lot of problems for Argo owners with older machines.

Let's hope the carcass is as durable as the goodyear runamuk rather than the carlisle frontier tire. Still, good to see a new amphib tire! That should make a high HP attex walk on water. Lewis, there's your tire.To Invent, you need a good imagination and a pile of junk. (Thomas Edison)

Frontier Tires
Argo 127-179 or (AT189) is the designation for these tires. Carlisle is the maker. Tire is not yet avaliable. Don't know if Argo is having these made exclusively for them. No pricing has been defines as of yet. When they pop up let us know.Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"

I am hoping they are not exclusive to Argo.Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"
