Mounting a Plow on a Bigfoot

Looks like I'm going to have to remove one of the bearing extensions to get good bolt pattern and thickness of spacers. 1/4" sound like it would do.
I do have Super Tracks and will need to measure for that too.
The factory plates are like (squared) S shaped to get inside towards the center, that would help clear the wheels/tracks.

Yeah and if you are doing tracks you are gonna run into a whole different set of clearance issues, so I'm not even sure my measurements would help you out it will have to be a custom job. Cougar sent me some measurements of his plow bracket set up but since I don't run tracks I could keep my bracket straight and not have to bend the metal, but with the super tracks you will have to have the brackets hugging the tub to keep it clear of the track.

I have to run tracks and in fact, had to install cleats, no way I could get to the back of the property without them (100 acre farm).
We get a lot of snow here and my driveway is over 450' long and the wind is so high that it is not unusual to see hunchbacks walk up the driveway now and then thinking its the bells of Notre-Dame when the wind chimes ring...
We also get freezing rain, so, plastic tracks just slip and slide.

If the weather turns too wet to hunt this weekend, we will pull the wheels off and do some measuring. I'm thinking we will go 3/8" and hug the tub. I am still waiting for calls from 2 stealers in the area to see if they will sell the plates seperate and for how much. The one guy an hour from here was selling the factory ones at $70 CDN, but that is without longer bolts or spacers.

When all is said and done, I will post pics and it looks like it won't be long before needing the plow...
