argo avenger weird noise

when ever i turn right in my argo it sounds like a chattering clashing noise coming from the transmission/brake area maby the clutch .. its not the chain or the gears or the chains .. it dosnt slip or anything jsut a real annyoing sound.. almost like a tank going town the road. any ideas?

Not trying to be a smarty or nothing but have you looked at the brake pads? There have been instances where the pad had crumbled and it was metal to metal, or were installed improperly. People can be inventive. What year model is the Avenger?

I had s a couple of weird sounds like that. My ider bearings were gone. Also I installed the brake clip kit. those were the sources of my sounds.

Both Good tips,,,I also 2nd,,,checking the Idler shaft Bearings,,,If you jack the Avenger up,,,all wheels off the ground,,,start it up,,put in gear,,,rev it up a bit,,,,Brake one side then the other,,,this can help determine which side is the trouble one,,,can also check each set of axle bearings with it jacked up.,,,Make sure you keep all fingers out of the chain area,,with the floor pans up,,and running it,,,,,Yikes !!
