  • Need info on Argo

Hi, I don't really know anything about argo 6x6's, but I've always wanted one. They look unstoppable.

Can anyone figure out what the model or year of this machine?

All I know is that it's a 2 stroke. The guy doesn't know anything else about the machine and I'm thinking about buying it off of him.

    Thanks,

    Kevin

If your wanting a little buggy to rip and roar with, go for it, a 6 with a 2 stroke would be a blast, just watch when you entering or exiting water, I flipped one last year end over end, I much prefer the 8's but that's just me, looks like an early/ mid 90's to me due to the hood and seat, but both of mine are mid 80's so I'm not sure. It sounds great in the video and I don't hear any chains popping while he's spinning donuts, I bought an older one for $500 a couple of years back with the four stroke single cyl. in it. Worth every penny (See picture in GALLERY) BUSHPIG Green/Red 6 with MOOSE
.. Hope you got it and are having a blast.

3006, he already stated its a two stroke, the Techumsehs are four strokes..The seat , unless its an aftermarket has a factory backrest no available back in the old days, just the little back breaker cushion. just to keep us all on the same page.

The hood and seat arent original(looks fabricated to me).The machine will be a mid to late 70's model. With factory gauges could be a SS model.I think Tecumseh power started in very early 80's(cant remember exact dates without looking).
