I think $4000 is about right, I bought a 1999 a few months ago for $5500, had a new windshield, tracks and winch. Only 220 hour. I also have to say I had a hard time finding one so when they come along be ready to buy, the good ones in the 4 to 5 K range are shrinking. Make sure to pull all the floor pans check for rust and cracks on the frame, sometimes they sit with water in them if they are stored outside with the drain plugs in.
