Here are some pics of an Argo HDI up in the deep Wyoming snow. HDI has 24" Frontier tires to lower the gear ratio a bit and it performed perfectly with close to 725 lbs of people and gear. A few Centaur pics as well.IMG_6871.jpgIMG_6870.jpgIMG_6804.jpgIMG_6802.jpgIMG_6799.jpg

Odg (argo) says for some reason not to run in high range...they are a nice operating no more jerking when turning but i noticed when running on powder snow 4-8" deep with just the tire i had trouble turning in high range i filmed a dvd and sent it in to odg for them to look at it i also noticed on ice as well . But when running tracks i had no problem at all turning i guess you need ttraction to slow down the tires you are turning against no like a skid steer.Last edited by Mike; 02-09-2010, 05:54 PM.

When on the main trails or forest service/logging roads we run high gear but in the thick timber or areas where we need a tighter turning radius we run in low range without issues. Our low range use is limited and by no means are we running full throttle/low range for extended periods of time.
