With 80" of snow, there have been times when there is nowhere to push the snow. Too bad Argo doesn't make a snow blower attachement for the front of their machine. The rubber tracks would also be helpful in the deep stuff but we get so lilttle of it, I have a hard time justifying nearly $3,000 for tracks.

Seriously, I am sick and tired of hearing about all the snow you guys are getting south of the border!

Just kidding, I have had my tracks on for over a month and have not seen more than 3 to 4 inches of the white stuff. I live in South Eastern Ontario, across the St Lawrence river from Ogdensburg NY, and the weather is nuts this year.

I hooked up my plow when the snow got to 2 inches in the yard and plowed it into a pile just so I could get the thrill of going over the banks and dreaming of almost getting stuck. My wife thought I was "one brick short of a load" but I kept trying until the pile was flat, so whos the crazy one now!!!!

I wonder if those choppers in Vancouver could drop some of the snow off at my house????

Very nice setup. It even looks like you are warm inside since you aren't wearing any gloves.

    Mid-Atlantic Blizzard of 2010

My 2007 Argo Frontier really got a workout with 3 snow falls contributing 80" of snow in 3 weeks here in Maryland. I was glad I had purchased the 81" Argo stock snowplow which really pushes a lot of snow. We live on a nasty hill with a quarter mile of icy road to negotiate to get to a county road. I would heartily recommend one of the salt spreaders that Cabelas or other retailers sell for salting as you plow. I modified mine to mount with a welded L bracket and lexan shield that keeps the salt off the ARGO and on the drieway. Attached is a pic of me on the machine. Can't imagine this winter without the Argo!
