  • Vin # - Argo Width?

I am going to buy an Argo Bigfoot from a guy this weekend and need to know where the Vin # or something similar is? He says it is an 01, 02, or 03 Argo 6x6 Bigfoot but he has no title or paperwork with it.
Also my trailer is 59 inches wide will the Argo fit?

Dont know about vin but depending on tires it should be about 58" wide.

Should fit. if you plan on registrering it you might want to get him to first. This be a big pain otherwise. Hope this helps.

Also how high are your side? I have a trailer about the same width but only 2' sides so when I pull my 6x6 up on it ity fits perfect as the ridge of the tub sits abbove the sides. No probems. Have fun with your new toy!!!!!

On a Bigfoot 2000, the VIN is under the hour-meter on the dashboard( when sitting in on the right side of the machine) ... It's a small metal plate mesuring 1 1/2 in by 2 1/2 in more or less

Thanks for the help - I purchased the Argo yesterday and the Vin # was right where you said. It did fit on my trailer but rubbs pretty bad all the way down the side - going to look for a new trailer to trade for this week. I am officially 6x6 owner now. Crazy thing is I hear about how good these machines are in the snow and I wake up this morning and there is snow everywhere and it is still coming down pretty hard. Did I mention I live in TEXAS - it never snows here!

Sounds like it was meant to be.
