  • Winch had to come out

Went to my buddy's yesterday to his sugar bush. We were collecting sap for maple syrup, when we came across a swamp. He said he could go across on his 4 wheeler - no problem. I said I'd follow him. Got about 40 ft. in and he was buried. I pulled up alongside him, spun around, covered him with loon**** mud. Had to winch him out and pull him out of the swamp. They we both got in the 6x6, went through the swamp. He couldn't believe where we could go. Got back to his 4 wheeler - it wouldn't start. Towed him and his trailer full of sap back to his house - laughing all the way.
P.S. Ice is off my lake. When I got home, went across the lake to wash the mud off. The 25 inch tires swim like a fish, but a little nose heavy. Not very good in reverse.

Would like to see video of the big tires in the goo.. yes the argo's are nose heavy. Some weight in the back can bring it up.

I absolutely love hearing stories like this. Everyone is so gung-ho on their 4 wheelers and they think they can go anywhere. I'm glad to hear another 6x6World member was able to prove them wrong and take a 4 wheeler owner's pride down a notch. Well done!
