This is my KB,the next day after I picked it up from the seller. The tracks are in the back, the windshield is still in the van.Very nice condition, specially the body (no cracks,no holes, even the seats are still in one piece) and the price was reasonable as well.
Please don´t mind the trailer, that´s my old camper and I hadn´t time to fully convert it into a proper utility trailer, since I knocked the cabin off it in late fall last year.
As you can see, I don't aim for LOOKS when I choose an Argo, LOL. In this case, looks can be deceiving
I've only owned it for a couple weeks and finally got around to un-bolting the nice aluminum floor pans for a look-see. I was surprised to see a heavily gusseted and beefed-up frame (painted aluminum-colour), and chain tensioners. Also, big 1-1/4" axles.
My other '70s Argo has none of this stuff and only boasts 3/4" axles.
It's powered by a newer Briggs 18hp Vanguard and the entire machine performs great!!
