Hey Argo-Don, I see you have a similar machine to mine, any chance you could take some pictures of how the winch is installed on your argo.
I am looking to install a winch and no one seems to be able to locate or find instructions on how to install a winch on these older argo's.
I really appreciate your time.
Thanks

New old argo. Runs and drives, needs a little love, but I'm excited!! Anyone have a thought on year, late 70s maybe? It's an HTB with a replaced tecumseh snow king engine(original engine was also the tecumseh). The original was shot, the guy I got this from had just replaced the motor. He said it's a 16 hp, but I couldn't find a snow king motor that was 16 hp when I did some research. I think I'd like to upgrade in the future, not a necessity right now though. The body will need some plastic welding and the tires are pretty worn down, but for $800 I couldn't go wrong.Last edited by Seth; 09-27-2015, 03:22 AM.

Your Vanguard is just like mine. I would LOVE to see the set from the "back" of the m,achine angle. I took mine apart 6 monts ago and put the motor back in, figured everything else out, but can't rememer how the seat back goes. I have new plywood. It looks like the upholstery "rolls" over the top and around to the back for a few inches. I geet that, but is only the plastic of the body supporting this thing with three screws through the back? ANY help you could give would be appreciated. Thanks,
Rockyman
