  • Stuck in the swamp with running shoes.........AGAIN

    Just a little comic relief.

After installing the new HDI bearings on my Conquest, I wanted to do a little test run in the swamp next door. Of course I get high centered on a submerged log. All I have on my feet is running shoes ...............................................AGA IN.

Again RD, very nice video. You handled it very well!
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"

uhhh... did we just see you pull an Argo Conquest off of a log with one arm?
Even if it was floating... well done!

You must either be used to that or you really don't mind getting your feet wet.
I would have spent at least 10 minutes climbing all over the machine with the throttle blocked open to see if I could get it to move without getting wet

That's what I thought, Lance. Maybe after a few beers RD loosens up on the throttle

I had no intentions of getting my feet wet. If that hadn't worked I would have been all over that machine trying anything I could think of
