The idler chains on my Frontier 650 are constantly getting covered in brake dust. All my chains are nice and lubed but the idlers have to be lubed way more often and are alway red with brake dust. Lube mixed with brake dust can't be that good. What do you guys do?

I don't know it I would worry too much about it. If you think about it the brakes are composed of material designed to wear away. Your Drums/Rotors can last a LONG time so long as brake pads are the only thing they encounter (in the old days you could wear them down and hit rivets that would score your drums) so I would not be concerned. Just my cents!
