exhaust issues on a 1973 argo

i have a 73 argo with the exahsut comeing out right above the front tire below the water is this the original exhaust system?

No Mine comes out the rightside where the louvers are cut for it and has a heat shield over it. 73 Argo SS. If you look at the parts manual on this site you may see where it comes out.
