Describe what it's doing, and someone here will have an answer. Mine would get hot and the handle would pull all the way down without doing anything, but that was when i first got it and the brake blower wasn't hooked up. One of many things that was wrong with it. I also changed the brake fluid, which is not a bad idea anyways with 530 on it. Good luck!

Try replacing your brake fluid, it only has about a couple yrs life expectancy. My guess is that the fluid has broken down and is trying to flash in the brake line, or you have moisture in that side and when it starts getting warm the water is trying to flash in the lines.
Sitting for 10min is long enough for the fluid to cool back to a liquid and thats why it starts working again.
Use only DOT5 Brake fluid
Sometimes a tiny "Airlock" will also do this. As the liquid warms up the Airlock bubble will get bigger, causing you to loose brake efficiency. To be on the safe side, I would just change the fluid on both brakes. I totally understand the frustration of Drive, Wait........Drive, wait........Drive, wait.........ect.
Hope that helps you out

Thnx i purchased dot 5 fluid 28 bucks a qt...so i checked the fluid level and it seemed ok, so i was going to bleed the brakes to be sure it was not air in the system..... I followed the service manual and after the first bleed attempt the handle went loose and there was no pressure and i was unable to bleed the system .... Air air air. Could not build pressure...i took off the brake line to the caliper and no fluid came out of the line.... I pumped the handle but still no fluid .. I have come to the conclusion that the master cylinder needs rebuilt or replaced...... I am going to replace and then change fluid in both.. I will post my findings.....this site is the greatest...."Doing it Froggy Style"
