The worst was turning and having that long 8x8 slam into a tree. Damn near jolted my teeth out a couple times Or, when the leading end of the 8x8 jammed into a tree and stopped me dead, I couldn't see the end of it with that kayak on there.

Great vid, R. D. those are some awesome machines! Argo should use some of your footage for promo, you have a way of demonstrating the full capability of these machines, that the sales people just haven't been able to match. I have seen several of their promo vids and thought - that's nice, but watching your vids gets me to seriously consider buying one, even knowing I don't NEED one, this kinda of vid really makes me WANT one, and that is what sells machines. I mean face it guys, how many of our machines are truly something we CAN"T do without.

              You should look into this.

Well, I know they watch my vids, but they have never contacted me directly about the vids. They have asked a few questions about engine options, Winch mounts and Bumper designs, and Possible weak points (Indirectly, They were in contact with a friend and asked for opinions on a few things and some pics)

Yes it does, but the problem is that every few yrs there are pushes fron some of the NON ATV/AATV public that insist there should be a road pushed into this lake. It's very frusterating, ALL the similar sized local lakes that have roads to them have been fished out, Vandalized, Turned into garbage dumps, ect.

Now, I don't have any issues with anyone going anyplace that they want to, but right off the top of my head I can name 3 other lakes that would be better choices for turning into "Drive Through Campgrounds". They are about the same distance from town, the fishing is also fantastic, and there is more "High Ground" to build a road on. BUT since THIS lake is frequented by the ATV comunity and that makes it more "visible", the general public seem to think that it is the only place, or the best place, or the best fishing, ect.

I hear your frustration RD. In this province (N.B.) the logging companies will build a new road over or around most anything to get their paws on trees, which in turn is making the remote places we once new as paridise, an afternoon drive for vehicles of all types. The logging trucks sometimes look like they are hauling alders, the trees are so small. I am very interested to see the number of deer harvested this year in N.B. If it is anything like I think it's going to be, they will have to do some drastic changes to protect the deer herd. Thank god for argos to keep me away from the hollywood hunters. Sorry for the rant. I hope your lake stays under the radar of the heavy equipment, it looks like a fantastic spot.
