broken Argo

I had two sprokets go bad on the argo from wear and tear it is a conquest and it was the brake hub sproket and the ideler sproket so i called a dealer in calafornia this was yesterday and havent herd a thing from them as today at 1:30 no reply we left a message to get back to us they havent to date so we called a dealer in washington and they got back to us real quick with results they suggest that i call the company in canada and they got back to me all most faster then we could hang up the phone from our first call I got quick results wow they are good any way to make a long story short the parts are on there way and all is well
