The tracks will fit on a 1990 magnum without any problems.
You should have enough power. If not adjusting your clutches will get you there.
Argo Outdoor Sports in Grand Junction, CO told me of a tire (other than a Goodyear Runamuk) that can be used on the Supertracks. Don't remember the model but I think it was a Carslile tire? Contact them and you can find out the exact tire.
Bead lock rims have been on all the Argos I can think up from the mid-80's to present day. If your machine doesn't have bead lock rims I'd guess they were swapped out at some time.
Hope this helps.

Does the '90 Magnum have the axle bearing extensions? If not, it's something you should keep in mind. You don't NEED them, but keeping in mind that I've bent axles with them on, it's just that much easier to bend them without that extra support.
Another thing to consider is your gearing in your Trans. I think it's U , M , and H for Low, Med, and High gearings. If you have low or med, you should be fine with a little clutch tuning. If you have High, you might not be happy with it once you have tracks on (Depends on what your expectations are).
You should have no clearance issues, unless you start adding some type of traction enhancers.
You will want to look into putting "Fender Flares" on the machine. Supertracks will fill the back of the Argo with snow if you don't (Unless you have a cab on it).
