Hey Grand Alaskan, I lived in Homer for a year, great place to have an AATV.

The new engine was pre-wired with plugs remarkably similar to the plugs on the old engine...........exactly the same even. So, naturally, I assumed that I could just plug it in. This in turn fried my voltage regulator. At that point, I had to trace out the wireing and make sure what was what. Once I figured out what each wire was for it all went a little smoother.

What kind of electrical issues did you have? Were they specific to the swap?

That was insane. I thought we weren't going to see you again when you were going down into the snow a few times. Nice work with the engine swap.
