Thanks for the info. I did buy some dynomat and have istalled it on the fire wall. I am going to continue putting it behind the dash as well. I also bought some fiber material and will be putting that on next week. I will let everyone know how it comes out.

      sound proofing

remember that the more you sound proof you will loose heat from engine. I also found that if you take ( I used black rubber roofing mat) and cover the back half of the cold air intake i got my temp. up to run 150 to 160 deg in cold wether. you would want to remove in summer. oh i used black screws to secure in to mesh with no damange.

You should be fine with heat just do not cover any vent holes
The thermostat should open up if it gets really hot out .
How hot does it get were you live? Even if it gets really hot out I would be surprised to see an Argo over heat.

the top of the hood could be were most of the noise comes from
Why do we waste tax money on bridges and roads when we can all just drive AATVs

          heat

I was refering to heat inside the cab you loose from sound proofing in cold weather. My only runs 100 to 110 deg in cold weather that is why i put flap over back half of cold air intake.

The guy fired it up for me and we took a little run and I found that the steering was quite. The older ones had this whinny noise when you turned or at least mine does. The engine did not seem too loud but it was at a cottage show so back ground noise could have covered that up. It ran really smooth and I really liked the Coffee holders. As far as the T-20 goes I am going to have to spend some time with one to see what all the fuss is about. Or should I say a-boot!

I find the fit finish, style, ergonomics and use of space allot better then the Max or at least the Max’s I have seen.

Congratulations on you purchase. If you would like to cut down the noise try Dynamat
            Introduction

If you find that the Dynamat is over priced try Roofing rain and Ice shield just add more and better glue behind it. 3m super 77 spray glue should work 3m super 90 is good almost too good the nozzle gets gummed up fast .

Dynamat is sold at most Car stereo shops
as far as the T 20 goes I cant really say it is all to much to get worked up about. It works as it should but i wish it had a high low gear as there is alot of tecnical stuff that would be better suited to a slower machine and it is a bit more responsive (read jerky ) until you get used to it . I know some peoplle say that they are worse down hill but mine has the dual disc brakes on it so that isnt an issue . In a perfect world i would want a T20 with dual discs and a high low range but until that comes out I wouldnt make it the decideing factor in the purchase.

personally i would swap my Attex Chief for an 8x8 Argo in a second if someone was wanting to.

I was out riding yesterday, and on the way back I heard a loud noise coming from behind the seat. After I got home I shut it down and turned the key switch back on and noticed the sound was the same sound as the electric fuel pump makes when you first turn the key on. As soon as the pressure biulds up the sound stops. what would make it do that in the middle of a trip, and stay on the rest of the way home. Probably 20 minutes.
