winch cable

i got my winch cable jammed beside the flange and the wrong side. i cant pull it out even with the winch in free wheel....does the winch come apart so i can free the cable...tried pullin a big log but it still would not come free,,any suggestions would be appreciated..thanks....93 argo magnum...

your winch should come apart, if not put it in free wheel, hook onto big tree, reverse, open throttle and hold on! ( u may want to consider buyin a new winch after this)
