new alternator belt for conquest

Heys guys was wondering if anyone has replaced an alt belt before,was wondering if I can get a belt that fits maybe from a small engine shop or autoparts store,or do I need to order an oe one froman argo dealer?Thanks not sure if this post is supposed to be in the engines section!

Thanks that would be awesome cuz my original was either never there or it flew off into unknown parts And if it ain't too much to ask I was wondering what adjusts it tight is there some tension adjustment on the pulleys its hard to see underneath there?thankyou

Hey reichstall,could u see a number on your belt at all?I tried a couple auto stores and they think I'm crazy askin for a belt that small,I'm just tryin to get a belt on it cuz it keeps dying and ill need to plow with it soon,thanks

i am so sorry i forgot the belt it is a dayco gpl l319 if they cant cross that i can try to find my carquest rec. for that number
