    Hi IR,

You can check out Points West argo or even beaverdamargo.com

Hope you find what you are looking for. If you do not have a copy of the manual for your 02 conquest let me know. I have the same machine and have the manual and I could send you an electronic copy.

There is an operators manual as well as the parts manual. Talks about mainentence schedule and things like that...normal operators manual...I have both in electronic form if you want either one.

Argo offers a Kit to upgrade to the new HDI Assemblies, I don't think it's what you want.
Argo will sell you all the parts you do want, but I dislike their choice of the cheapest bearings available, at a high price.
The "cheapest" way to go will be to find the Bearing and Seal Part #'s (Several threads here will give you the part #'s), and take those to a Bearing Supply Store. I don't know what they have for dealers in Louisiana, but around here it would be something like "BC Bearing", "BDI Bearings", "Canadian Bearings", "NTN Bearing Corp", ect.

I would like a copy of those if you're offering. I had them, but that Laptop crashed on me a while ago.

ok, so i started today and pulled my rear left axle to get my numbers on the bearing, going to call a bearing supply shop tomorrow. took me about 30 mins. to get the axle out. had to heat it up and beat on it for a little while. my only question right now does anyone have any tips for the front two axles by the engine, looks like its going to be a nightmare.

had the same problem, didn't want to use heat because of the HDPE tub, went to NAPA and got some (knock'er loose) sprayed on and let set over night to soak in, then took 2 pipe wrenches and worked back and forth and it came loose. some really good stuff

I Am now the owner of a 2002 conquest myself
                              Bearing are outer stock # 101-35... is a uc206-20
                              inner # 101-41 ucx05-16

                              seals are 102-14 cr12361
                              102-15 cr12379
The bearings prices are from $5 to $90 It will depend on what you are willing to pay Just remember that you get what you pay.
You buy cheep and you get cheep. I went for the twenty $ bearing. Argos are about $45
Same as a snow cat If you abuse them you pay. They are meant to be used not abused.
