Hi.....Is anyone aware of a database of Argo serial numbers to help identify various years and models?

If you go to the Beaverdamargo website and find the parts manuals you can often deduce a bunch from the names of the manuals. The manual marked "Argo Parts Manuals 8 WHEEL, Early Models to Magnum (77-94) .pdf" actually has a section at the front that describes the serial number scheme from 1977 to 1994 and does include the 6 wheel variants despite the name.
You can call ODG and they will tell you. Or write them an email - I did and they are helpful and pleasant.
