    argo parts price question

    i have an opportunity to buy some fairly new argo parts.700cc kohler liquid cooled with transmission and brakes,handle bars,wiring harness,6-25" tires and rims and idler shafts.also comes with roll bar. supposed to be from a 2009 argo i presume an avenger.what should a guy pay for this lot?

    is it the guy that use to own ODG from Arthur or a guy from St Catherines?

      nah,its some guy north of me.a tree fell on the argo and he got insurance money plus the machine.unfortunately he scrapped the body,frame,2 rims,all the axles,sprockets,chain,bearings ect.you get the picture,wish i could have bought the whole deal.

          Let him tell you what he wants and lets see where it goes. Look up a Kohler on the net, a trans is around 2,000 US. I hate it when i pay to much and they would have took less.
          Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"

            he is thinking in the 1500.00 range which would be fine if the engine and trans would for sure fit my old "KT" CODGER.tires are in real good shape as well but there is no way in hell i can squeeze those babys on.

                they are the original 25" tires that came with the argo.carlisles i beleive and they are in great shape.
