another winch mount question

Does anyone know if the mounting hoop that goes down to the frame are interchangeable. I have one for an avenger that was given to me to try but my machine is a 2002few conquest with the 20truth hp Kawasaki liquid twin, I can make the rest of the hardware, any information would be appreciated, thanks the beagle man
