replaceing axle and bearing on big foot.

decided to day was a good day to replace my bent axle and some bearings and seals on the big foot. all went well untill i got to the bent axle. I found a crack in the bearing housing and it will have to be replaced as well. i guess monday ill order it and will have a whole new front left assembly.

Bad news Kevin.
Can't you just take the aluminum housing into work and weld it up?

I siliconed one of mine up one time when it was broke in half. Rode it till the replacement arrived

im sure it could be welded but at this point in time i ll do it right then i dont have to worry about it

got the new parts and back togeather today. twinlakes mike came over and we gave it a good test run.
