Update on Brandons argo.So far i got 5 axles and bearings and tires on.Got the trans and brakes mounted.I'm in need of 1 front axle and sprocket and both jack shaft sprockets. If any one has any of these parts Please let me know 88 argo double chain.I took Brandon out to see it today,I keep it hid from him up til today was the first time he has seen it.This is the first time i have seen him get so excited about any thing,He's ready to ride. This is what makes all the hard work pay off.

I had to pull the trans back out,It started leaking on the main shaft seal.I tore it down and found a bad seal and 3 bearings that needed replacing.I should have done this to start with but i thought i could get by with out tearing it completely apart.I should have know i wouldn't be that lucky.lol.I got the parts order and should have them the first of the week.I was surprised how easy these trans are to work on.The hardest thing about these transmissions is getting it apart, Other than that they are very simple.

Some nice pics of your progress. I am sure he will have a lot of fun when it is completed.

That looks really good. It looks like you are getting close to being done with it. What major items do you have left?

Thanks mike.I still have to make the rail for the seat to slide on so that the seat will swivel and slide out the back far enough to transfer into. Then make the roll cage and modify the laterals to fit him.

Thanks guy's,I still have a lot more to do to get it ready but the worst part is behind me.There is alot of work that goes into any machine that has to be modified for the handicap.I am trying to do this on a low budget,Maybe under 3 gran.I also want to thank Tim at adair argo for donating the tires and wheels and plotthound for selling me some of the axles at a great price.
