ARGO Promotional items

I have e-mailed ARGO 3 times over the last 2 months. I trying to get some catalogs and dvd's To date I have received nothing. Is this normal customer service.

who are you emailing? Argo deals threw reps and you will most likely have to deal with one of them. on the argo site you will find dealer locater.
