  • What size set screw

I was installing a switch for my Brake Fan last night. After dropping it down in the tub and having to remove my battery just to find the stupid thing.. I noticed that my front sprocket was free sliding on the axle. Im guessing the set screws fell out. Any idea what size they are before i head to the store

gokorn1, the front sprocket is free floating, no set screw. I have found that an extendable/ flexible magnet is a life saver for those (censored) moments when something goes "tink" to the bottom of the argo. Things like master link parts, the wingnut from the battery terminal, 7/16" wrench and so forth.

for your future reference the set screw you need if you happen to lose one is SHSS 5/16-18x3/8 ½ part# 112-03 if I remember correctly off of the top of my head.
