I have been looking to pick up a conquest or a avenger 8x8 and have found a conquest parts machine. The seller had two conquests and made one good one out of the two. The machine will need some work and a lot of parts to make a complete machine again. So here is my question,will the transmission from a vanguard 6x6 work in the conquest or are they different? What other parts will interchange?
The conquest is basically a frame with axles,sprockets,complete body with all the floor boards and related parts. The engine is torn down and there is not a transmission with it.
The seller wants 800.00. I think that might be high for what is left but it sounds like he will take less. So what do you guys think.
