  • changing fuel lines on 2002 conquest 6x6

Doing some p.m.s on 2002 conquest 6x6 w/ 20hp kawasaki twin, fluids, grease, filters, and fuel lines. I know the factory rivets the lines to the top half of the body, is there another route to take without causing problems, and any tips on pulling the carb for cleaning. I would like to send some pics of my conquest but I haven't got that far.

I just fish the new fuel line through the upper body same as the original, seems to be fine.

Pulling the carb is a bit tricky. I always have to be carefull not to bend any of the linkage rods. Be carefull, take your time, and remember how you were holding your tongue when you got it off, cause you might need to have it in the same place to get the carb back on again, lol.

Have you looked at my Carb Vid?
