  • Chain tensioning or new chain?

I noticed the rear left chain was loose so I tried to tension it but I moved the tensioner as far as I could and the chain is almost touching itself.
What are my options? Remove a link? New chain?

Any specs for the chain? #50?, non-oring?, length, (count all the links)? Good place to buy?

I think that is a standard #50 chain. I would buy some chain from a reputable bearing/ industrial supply store, but avoid chain from places such as Tractor Supply. The farm chain is much lower quality and will not last as long as chain made by someone like US Tsubaki, Morse, or even Peer.
