I have this old 295 wildwolf in pices to start it need s a engine I have the jlo 20 that came with it ( in pices) but I been told thy where crap.
I have a koler 13hp e-start , so my ? is, is it big enoufh our should I try to find a 16 or 18 hp

Hey Duff,

The abs body makes it a pretty light machine. I would try your kohler out. It should move it around ok, but you won't set any land speed records. I have an 18 vanguard in an Attex and it goes real good. I have a 16 vanguard in a Max IV and we get around in that real good on the flat. It struggles a bit on big hills with several people in it, but it still gets the job done. If the 13 is essentially free, than I would try it out. Just remember you need four stroke clutches.

I run the honda clone engines in my attex and seem to work great in the trails. Top out around 25 mph but haven't really had any issues climbing anything.
