  • Few pics of my grandpas Attex

Here are a few pics of grandpas Attex. Not sure on year. Its a 500 super chief. Going to do complete restoration. I'm pretty knew to 6x6 world. Grandpa and I use to run his trap lines in this machine when I was about 10. I'm 39 now. Me and my grandpa had alot of good memories in this machine.

VERY nice green Superchief you have there. I have a green one too that I'm almost done restoring. These were the fastest production AATVs ever made. This one looks like the perfect candidate for a restoration and we'll all be happy to help you along with it and any questions you might have. Looking forward to seeing the progress and thanks for sharing the pics with us!

Attex always made green machines, even since the beginning when the first generation ABS body machines like the 208TT and ST/300/D were being made. If you want to know what year your machine is, clean the top of the frame rail off on the right rear corner. It'll be stamped (serial number, then two slightly larger digits signifying the year) a few inches up from the rear corner of the frame rails.
