83 attex 160 ho 16 hp...what rpm tops shoud i run..how do you set the Governor up...next T-20 how do you set adj, on the trans..how tight shoud the chains be...Thanks

Well its up and running. lots of small stuff to fix need to recover seat..rear hinge ,,, new battery .throllel cable setup.,16ho runs great need to set gov.....need drain plugs.before swimming....
